I believe the datasheet is saying that regardless of whether the clock is being used as DDR or SDR the rate cannot be set below 4.69 MHz. However, this also seems to be assuming a default CPU clock of 300 MHz. This all see... Gregory Gluszek

I asked around and it does not look like we have an errata document for the devkit.
Note we do have a wiki page for the SOM itself. We recommend customers follow this page to keep notified of any changes to the SOMs.
