Also as a note, you could try adjusting the skew settings on the RGMII side through the device tree bindings to see if you can get 1000Mb/s if the issue is on the digital ... Daniel Vincelette

I shorted R19, R31, and R34 in the above schematic and removed R30, C7, and C15.
After a USB storage drive didn't mount again I modified the USB lines:
