Thanks for your reply. We are currently trying to dupicate the problem but the 1 SOM that we have which was exhibiting the problem is now behaving itself! There are some other failed units with the client but we currently do... Bruce Kenny

How large is your DSP image? This will determine if it can fit in NOR or if it needs to be placed in NAND. NOR is preferable as it isn't affected by bit flips. Jonathan Cormier
